Tabata Workout

20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest 8 sets in a row, then move to the next exercise.

Push-ups

Pull-ups

Squats

Sit-ups

    Great workout!! Just busted it out… Pull-ups are at top of my list, right along with running. I’ll check back tomorrow.

    As Rx’d

    RC-push ups:125, sit ups:115, squats:185, pull ups:40 (then jump pull ups)

    JC-push ups:106, sit ups:190, squats:150, pull ups:All jump pull ups

    CK-push ups:91, sit ups:66, squats:135, pull ups:35

    5 others did the WOD but did not keep track of reps. Great work out, keep them coming. May want to post WOD earlier, we are 10 hours ahead of you. Take care bro…….
