It was such a pretty day, I couldn’t resist a little running. “Remember….What doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger”. My cook in College once said that to me, and I think it applies to Cross Fit.

When I think of the camaraderie we have in Cross Fit, it reminds me of a Wolf Pack. You can't get that kind of support anywhere else.
