    If you ever need motivation, slide over to the videos of this site. Look where you were when you began your journey. Dan took me almost back to the first days today by letting me use the 40lb vest. Glad I’m not still there. And watching the vids again will keep me on track for the weekend and beyond.

    Dan had me use the vest during Wednesdays work out. I know what you mean Crash.

    Apparently that was the moto this week…see how many people will be dumb enough to use the vest during their workout. I did double unders with the vest…and agree with Crash, glad I don’t have that weight on me anymore.
